Nine members, staggered three years terms, appointed by the Chairman of the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) subject to the approval of the EDC Board. Promotes the economic well being of the community, especially in the business districts. It develops programs to bring about commercial revitalization within the city, subject to the approval of the EDC Board. Meets the second Tuesday of every month.

The Saline Culture & Arts Committee will hold its regular meetings at Saline City Hall located at 100 N. Harris St. All meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noticed. Proposed minutes of the above meeting will be available at the office of the Saline City Clerk within eight business days after the meeting in accordance with the open Meetings Act. The City of Saline will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting /public hearing, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/public hearing, upon two (2) business days’ notice to the City of Saline.
